With the exception of copywrited or crude material we're happy to work with you on a custom creation, that's what we're all about.

All of our custom gear has a no return policy, with the exception of a manufacturing defect.

- High traffic times around sports seasons, and holidays can lead to increased turn around times. Blank apparel supply and sublimation backlog for uniforms can vary. If you need something rushed give us a call and we'll try to make it happen.

- DTF printing is a commercial decoration process that gives the freedom of unlimited CMYK color choices, we print and produce all apparel in house to ensure quality.
- With proper care you can expect a lifespan of 100+ washes out of a DTF decorated item.
- Best practice -wash in cold or warm water with like colors with the garment turned inside out for print longevity. Tumble or hang dry avoiding high heat.
- All printing methods (DTF, Plastisol Inks, Vinyl) are susceptible to breakdown when exposed to Fabric softeners. The use of fabric softener in the wash cycle can significantly shorted the life expectancy of printed items.
- DTF, Screen Printed, and Vinyl have different design standards for longevity. The inks and vinyl are designed to flex and move with the garment but large blocks of printed area are more prone to cracking. We design to prevent this, if you have a picture or image we have design processes that allow for flexibilty and optimization. If your struggling with color knockout or halftone our experienced design team will be happy to assist you for the best quality outcome.
