DTF: full color, any garment, any quantity
DTF (direct-to-film) prints your design in full color onto film, then we heat-press it into the shirt. It handles detailed, multi-color artwork without per-color setup, which is why it's our go-to for most team and school orders. Cotton, blends, hoodies — it takes to just about everything.

Sublimation: dyed in, not printed on
Sublimation turns ink into a gas that dyes the polyester fibers themselves. Nothing sits on top of the fabric — you can't feel the print, and it won't crack or peel in the wash. The trade-off: it needs polyester and works best on lighter garments.
That makes it the right call for performance wear and edge-to-edge color — think all-over looks like our Mineola Premium Camo Tee. If your team plays hard and sweats harder, this is the one to ask about.
Screen printing: the big-run classic
Screen printing lays down thick, durable ink one color at a time, and every color needs its own screen. That setup is why it doesn't make sense for six shirts — but on a bigger run of one- or two-color art, the per-shirt math gets good. Bulk pricing typically kicks in around 24 pieces, and that's usually where screen printing starts earning a look.
So which one do you need?
Full-color logo, mixed garment types, or a smaller order — DTF. Polyester uniforms or all-over color — sublimation. A hundred shirts with a two-color design — let's talk screen printing.
