The short answer: there isn't one. You can order a single shirt from our online store, and custom projects don't carry a blanket minimum either — it depends on the job, and we tell you upfront when we quote it. No case quantities, no "call for pricing" runaround. Here's how that works at our shop in Mineola, Texas.
Why most shops have minimums
Traditional screen printing needs a screen burned for every color in your design. That setup takes real time and money whether you're printing six shirts or six hundred — so most shops set a minimum to make the math work. Fair enough. It's just not how most of our work runs.
How we print one shirt without blinking
Most of our jobs run DTF (direct-to-film), which prints full-color art with no per-color setup. One shirt for a birthday, five for a family reunion, a dozen for a small business — all fine. It's the same reason the online store lets you buy exactly one Mineola Buzz Tee or one Hosannah tee from our Dane Originals line without a case quantity in sight.
When quantity does matter
Two things change with volume. Bulk pricing typically kicks in around 24 pieces, so bigger orders cost less per shirt. And some specialty custom projects do carry a minimum depending on the process — when that's the case, we say so upfront in the quote, not after you've fallen in love with the idea.
What you need to get started
Print-ready art is ideal — vector files or a PNG at 300 DPI. Don't have that? No problem. We offer design service, and some of our favorite projects started as a phone photo or a napkin sketch. Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days, and local pickup is available right here in Mineola — easy driving distance from Tyler, Lindale, Quitman, and anywhere else in Wood County and beyond.
