The short answer: two to three weeks before you want to wear it. Our standard turnaround is 7–10 business days, so spirit wear ordered by early August is ready before the first Friday night kickoff. Late July to early August: the smart window
Ordering now means your gear is done, picked up, and washed before two-a-days even wrap. This is also the window for booster clubs and team moms placing group orders — bulk pricing typically kicks in around 24 pieces, and there's still time to collect sizes without sweating the calendar. Mid-August: cutting it close, still doable
Order by the middle of August and you're generally still ahead of kickoff — just don't sit on the size list. If you're truly up against it, rush is available on request. We quote those individually and tell you straight what we can and can't hit.

Homecoming, senior night, the playoff run — the fall calendar is full of moments that deserve their own shirt, and the same two-to-three-week rule covers all of them.
